- Diameter range - 2"(50mm) to 24"(600mm)
- Two types of cross-section configurations are available
- Single tape
- Double tape
- U.L.I. Approval.
- Uses water bourne adhesives.
- Materials used are polyester to polyester, aluminum foil, laminates.
- Machine is partially automated and includes a proprietary program that can be monitored from head office. It automatically adjusts an auto-cut off system to specified diameters.
- Machine has excellent web and temperature control, and has been designed for ease of manufacture.
- Sleeving capabilities are possible
- A very specific profile is used.
- Materials used are:
- Polyester coated with P.V.C.
- P.V.C. film.
- Diameter range of 1 1/4"(32mm) to 24"(600mm).
